We have been making flowmeters for over 20 years. Our meters are good at monitoring fluids used in support of processes rather than the process flows themselves. This includes cooling water, lubrication, compressed air and fast response mass flow for clean gasses. We have three basic meter types with some variants for specific needs. For those of you more familiar with flowmeters, here are some specifics. We offer variable area and differential pressure flowmeters. The variable area meters are of three types: vane, piston and plastic spring loaded Rotameters. These are used for lubrication, coolant, chemicals, gun drilling coolant and compressed air. Outputs include visual (analog and digital), alarm (open collector and Microswitch^TM) and transmitted (voltage or current). They can be rated Intrinsically Safe, with CE and CSA approved.

The differential meters use Laminar Flow Elements and correct for temperature and pressure. They are typically used where a fast response is required and thermal meters are too slow for the automation speed. This would include arc welding and robotic painting. Most of the time we can get NIST certification. We are ISO 9001 registered.
